Trinity EVS Entry

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has expressed an interest in taking a grade examination with Trinity Examination Board. I have arranged for an exam session to take place on Saturday 2nd July 2022 at Christ the King Church, Bradley Stoke, BS32 8EE. Parents/carers will need to make provision to bring their children at the allotted time. I will advise you of your exam time as soon all entries have been collected and confirmed by Trinity.

If you would like your child to be entered for the exam, please complete the online form by following the link below. Once I have received your completed entry I will then forward an invoice for the total amount and provide further details for making payment. Please allow 24 hours to receive the invoice.

All entries and payments must be received no later than Friday 20th May 2022. A prompt return will make it easier for me to make arrangements and would be much appreciated. In the event of insufficient entries, this will allow enough time to convert to the Digital Alternative.

Please note all examinations require an accompanist.

I will be making arrangements for an accompanist or you can, if you like, provide your own accompanist; I must stress it will then be your responsibility to make these arrangements, and it is up to individuals how much they charge.

If you would like to use the accompanist I am arranging, this will be at an additional cost of:

£30.00 (Grades 1-3) ONE 20 minute rehearsal & exam session
£36.00 (Grades 4 & 5) ONE 30 minute rehearsal & exam session
£54.00 (Grades 6-8) TWO 30 minute rehearsals & exam session

For those making your own arrangements, please include your accompanist's name below.

I understand all examination fees are non-refundable, except on receipt of a Doctor’s note when 50% of the original exam fee may be deducted from an exam within 12 months of the above examination date.

I understand all examinations require an accompanist.

I am aware the examination centre uses digital pianos.

I understand should the arrangements for face to face examinations change, that it may be possible to convert to a digital alternative.
